Further Changes taking Place

We are currently making further changes to Techno Solutions, from 24th September until 30th November 2009 we are trialing a new shipping method for the timers.

We will be using a company called Shipwire based in London for dispatching all the timers, although any returns will still need to be sent back to the address on the warranty card.

If the trials prove successful we will be awarding Shipwire the contract for dispatching all our products whether it's one single timer or whether its 1 full case of 40 timers.

Shipwire are capable of handling the pick and pack service we currently use ourselves at a decent price therefore enabling us to keep the price of the timers competetively low.

Techno Solutions BG will commence trading in 2010 allowing us to operate from Bulgaria but ensuring the 1st class service customers expect will not be affected.

Our 0845 technical support number will remain in place along with our technical support website.
