To update the software you will need to return the timer to us for a new PCB installed, the battery is not covered under warranty however, if you return the timer for upgrade (Marked for my attention) I will issue a full replacement for you including battery.

Only return the timer and battery not the charger etc

Unfortunately my Ts02 Driver hour guard will no long hold its battery charge.
If you charge it and once it charged you pull the charger cable out it dies straight away.
I have had previous problems with download and upload software to my PC
from the Driver hour guard.

Full time HGV 2 Driver - normal get used every day. needs urgent attention

I Have received the new battery thank you very much for a nice quick response.
I have tried the new battery but unfortunately still have the same problem with the tso2 driver guard.
it is not holding a charge
i think it could be the machine its self that is defected as i have tried the battery in a nokia phone and they both work very well.

My machine should still be under warranty Please help
