Techno Solutions was taken over in February 2010, due to the Original Designer and Importer of the Driver Hour Guards retiring, however, Davey has agreed to stay as a Technical Support adviser to assist any users of the timers who encounter problems.
Needless to say as Davey has now retired he does not spend the vast amount of time checking this support forum as he once did, but has made a promise to visit the site at least every 2 or 3 days to check to see if anyone is needing help.
So please do appreciate that it may take a day or two to recieve a reply to a post in the Tech Support Forum, however, if you feel the answer is needed urgently, send davey a private message through this forum and he will endeavour to answer your question ASAP
Please Note: Davey now lives in Bulgaria where there is a 2 hrs time difference so sending a message at 10pm is unlikely to recieve a reply until the following day as it would be midnight in Bulgaria

Windows 7 users may encounter difficulty when installing software from our CD Rom, to rectify this simply go to our downloads section and download the file Windows 7 Prolific, this file contains the required usb drivers needed to download the data from the DHG 2
